We hope you are very happy with the item(s) you have purchased. However in case you are not, you may return the goods within 15 days after delivery day. You must first notify us by email (galerienera@gmail.com) or through our website contact form.
 
Once we have received confirmation from you that you would like to make a return, we will tell you how and where to send back your goods. You should return the goods at your expense, in original condition and undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality). We highly recommend using an insured delivery service.

If the goods we receive in return are in the same condition as they were when they left our warehouse, the refund will be made within 60 days.

While placing your order, we will provide you with the information concerning its shipment according to the requested destination. 

Delivery times depend on the transport company chosen and its conditions.
